Avon Cosmetics, Newport Conference
We organised 19 coach transfers for this client. Delegates were collected from all across the UK, to meet in Newport. The Coach Connection provided a transport management representative at the hotel to liaise with drivers, overseeing the boarding of passengers for their return journeys.

  
  World Scout Jamboree
The World Scout Jamboree was a massive logistical challenge with 41,000 participants at the Jamboree from nearly 200 countries and territories. Approximately 600,000 separate passenger movements occurring using nearly 300 coaches. The Coach Connection provided 84 coaches and onsite transport management throughout the event.
